In the event of an issue:
- If the product arrives damaged or there is a problem with the colour, we are happy to offer an exchange.
- Please report any concerns within 5 days of receiving the product. You can reach out via message or email.
- Note that we do not offer returns, and exchanges are only applicable if the product is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with proof of damage.
- Submit an unboxing video and images.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Please note: We cannot process returns or exchanges without proper documentation (unboxing video and images).
Refund Policy
If your product is damaged and you’re eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:
- Refunds will be processed to your bank account if you use Debit Card or NetBanking.
- If you used a Credit Card, the refund will be processed back to your card after communication with the website.
- Refunds will take approximately 7-12 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
