At Aryendee, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Before shipping, we offer a video call service or send a detailed video of your product packaging to ensure its condition.

In the event of an issue:

  • If the product arrives damaged or there is a problem with the colour, we are happy to offer an exchange.
  • Please report any concerns within 5 days of receiving the product. You can reach out via message or email.
  • Note that we do not offer returns, and exchanges are only applicable if the product is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with proof of damage.
  2. Submit an unboxing video and images.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Please note: We cannot process returns or exchanges without proper documentation (unboxing video and images).

Refund Policy

If your product is damaged and you’re eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed to your bank account if you use Debit Card or NetBanking.
  • If you used a Credit Card, the refund will be processed back to your card after communication with the website.
  • Refunds will take approximately 7-12 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
